Alesta’s Family Meals category is deliberately short. There are no individual entrées to coordinate and no package builder to decode. Choose the dish that will hold the center of the table, order it online, and handle the plates at home.
The scale is Mediterranean: one moussaka tray contains ten portions, while each skewer tray carries twenty pieces. This works for a family dinner, a small birthday, a vacation rental after wine tasting, or the return from the Sonoma Coast when nobody wants to cook.
Moussaka gives the table a finished main dish with eggplant, meat and béchamel already layered. Skewers leave more room to build: add bread, dips, salad and rice, then let everyone take the amount that suits them. Spanakopita works beside either route and gives a meatless option to the shared spread.
