Build outward. Start with food everyone can reach, add the main protein, then close the gaps with rice, vegetables and salad.
Kalimera’s catering menu works in that order. It can stay compact for an office lunch or grow into a full Mediterranean table without turning every guest into an individual order.
Start where people gather
Hummus, baba ganoush and tzatziki arrive in 32 oz portions with pita. Dolma and falafel come by the dozen. These are the dishes that can be set down before the rest of the food and still make sense if people arrive at different times.
For an office, this also solves the first ten minutes: nobody has to wait for a plated meal before beginning.
Then add the grill
Chicken, beef, lamb, salmon and prawn skewers are priced individually, so the order can reflect the group instead of forcing one protein on everyone. Lamb-and-beef gyro and chicken gyro are larger-format choices listed for six to eight people.
Rice, roasted vegetables, potatoes and salad complete the order. The menu also identifies several vegan and vegetarian choices, but allergies and cross-contact still need to be discussed directly with the restaurant.
